1. Standard Refund Rule
₹99 registration fee live webinar seat, communication setup आणि event access reserve करण्यासाठी घेतली जाते. Payment successfully complete झाल्यानंतर participant-initiated cancellation साठी fee सामान्यतः non-refundable आणि non-transferable आहे.
2. Refund मिळणार नाही अशा Situations
- Participant webinar ला attend करू शकला नाही, उशिरा join झाला किंवा event विसरला.
- Participant ने WhatsApp Group join केला नाही किंवा provided reminders तपासले नाहीत.
- Participant चं internet, device, Zoom app, power supply किंवा network issue.
- चुकीचा mobile number किंवा email दिल्यामुळे update मिळाला नाही.
- Recording मागितली - या live webinar ची recording उपलब्ध नाही.
- Webinar attend केल्यानंतर course join न करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला.
- Bonuses उशिरा claim केले किंवा communicated access process follow केली नाही.
3. Refund Consider केला जाऊ शकतो
- Duplicate payment: एकाच participant आणि event साठी accidental duplicate charge verify झाल्यास अतिरिक्त payment refund केला जाऊ शकतो.
- Snehyoga cancellation: Webinar Snehyoga ने cancel केला आणि reasonable replacement date दिली नाही तर paid fee refund केली जाईल.
- Payment deducted but registration failed: Payment provider कडून successful settlement verify झाल्यानंतर आणि seat/access generate न झाल्यास correction किंवा refund process केला जाईल.
4. Event Rescheduling
Webinar दुसऱ्या date किंवा time ला reschedule झाल्यास registration नवीन schedule साठी valid राहील. नवीन schedule participant ला शक्य नसल्यास, reschedule notification मिळाल्यानंतर 48 तासांच्या आत support वर request करा. Eligibility event-specific circumstances आणि applicable consumer rights नुसार review केली जाईल.
5. Refund Request कशी करावी?
snehyoga01@gmail.com वर registered name, mobile number, payment date, transaction ID आणि issue चं short description पाठवा. Duplicate payment request payment date पासून 7 दिवसांच्या आत पाठवावी.
Refund eligibility automatic नाही. Payment record आणि webinar access status verify केल्यानंतर written confirmation दिली जाईल.
6. Approved Refund Timeline
Approved refund शक्यतो 7-10 business days मध्ये original payment method कडे initiate केला जाईल. Bank, UPI app किंवा payment gateway processing मुळे final credit ला अतिरिक्त वेळ लागू शकतो.
7. Chargebacks आणि Incorrect Claims
Support ला contact न करता false, duplicate किंवा misleading chargeback raise करू नये. Valid dispute असल्यास आधी transaction details सहित support वर लिहा. Fraudulent use, access sharing किंवा policy abuse आढळल्यास request reject आणि future access restrict केला जाऊ शकतो.
8. Teacher Training Course साठी स्वतंत्र Policy
